39.66 Ford Mustang
Car is not perfect but is a great daily driver and presents well in car shows.1966 Ford Mustang equipped with non-original 302 with a 3 speed top-loader MT (28 spline). Manual steering and drum brakes. Originally a six cylinder car that was swapped to a 302 (from a '69 Fairlane/Torino) with the 5-lug wheels and stiffer suspension. 600 cfm Holley 4 bbl carburetor. 8" rear end with non-locking differential - guessing it is a 300 gear. 14"x8" Cragar SS wheels with 225/60R14 Cooper Cobra tires with plenty of tread. Wimbleton white with black racing stripes. Dual exhaust with glass packs and GT tips. When I purchased the car 6 years ago, I flushed all drive train fluids and they have been maintained using Valvoline products (engine oil, transmission fluid, gear oil). Vehicle history is unknown before my purchase. Engine upgrade was done prior to purchase as well. Engine is stout and has never stumbled! It is in good condition but does have paint chips, cracks, and other imperfections. Appears to had a rear end collision at some point based on minor dents remaining in the truck floor (new rear bumper and exhaust pass thru valence added). Only standard Mustang issue present is rusted out cowl vents (exterior vent cover included). Front shock towers are solid and no water leaks from any window. Always get a "thumbs up" every time it is out on the town. A mechanic has not gone over the vehicle since I have owned the car but there is no obvious signs of issue when parked or during operation. Upgrades (with new parts): Gas tank and sending unit Dual bowl brake reservoir Rear axle wheel bearings Rear shocks Interior handles and emblems Heater core and hoses Alternator and solenoid Radiator, thermostat, cleaned out water pump with new seal. $10,990
